Rachel

Rachel is a vibrant and energetic trainer who is sure to give you a killer workout, all with a smile on her face! She is a Kinesiology graduate from the University of Toronto where she pursued varsity field hockey and began her fitness career as a Zumba instructor. Rachel has a variety of experiences teaching and educating herself in dance cardio, mat Pilates, strength training, and pre and postnatal fitness. When Rachel isn’t at the barre, you can find her personal training or leading wellness workshops for women in the city. Rachel prides herself on creating a welcoming space where people with all levels of fitness can succeed and have fun.
