Kathia

Originally from Montreal, Kathia is a Toronto based dance artist, movement specialist, and educator. She is a graduate from Le Conservatoire de Danse de Montréal, Ballet Divertimento, and The School of Toronto Dance Theater. Kathia has participated in many professional development projects across North America and Europe and has had the privilege of working with many critically acclaimed dance artists and companies. Her certifications include; Barre, Pilates, Personal Training, Myofascial Compression Techniques, Restorative Yoga, and Meditation.

Kathia has been with Barreworks since 2014 where she shares her passion for fitness and wellness and empowers clients and collaborators by helping them towards their goals. As a Principal Trainer at Barreworks, she creates programs, trains their current and future instructors, and leads Barre Certified by Barreworks programs. Kathia's mission is to continuously deepen her knowledge and experiences to support her ongoing growth and share it towards the growth of others.
