Jane-Alison (aka JAM), is passionate about sharing her love of movement with others through teaching and personal training. She strives to establish an open and positive environment that values the importance of self-care and body confidence. Jane-Alison has an extensive background teaching classes and specialized workshops across Canada for organizations like Good Women Dance Collective, Quinte Ballet School, Durham School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance, The Studio Dance School, and the School of Toronto Dance Theatre. Certified in Barre and Personal Training, she continues to be inspired by the incredible people she has the pleasure of teaching at Barreworks.
