Britanny

Britanny grew up in Truro, Nova Scotia where she began her dance training at a young age. She completed the Teacher Training Program at The Maritime Conservatory of Performing Arts, where she graduated with a diploma, as well as her CDTA associate in ballet and jazz. After moving to Toronto to continue her training, Britanny graduated from The School of Toronto Dance Theatre’s Professional Training Program in 2013. Britanny is currently on the faculty of The Young Dancers’ Program at The School of Toronto Dance Theatre.

In addition to dance, Britanny has a passion for fitness and well-being. This led her to become a barre certified instructor at Barreworks where she has been teaching since 2017. Most recently Britanny has become a mat Pilates certified instructor (MuseMovement). Her dance, barre, and Pilates practices inform all aspects of her teaching, which keeps her classes dynamic, creative, and ever evolving. Find her on IG: @britannybooth
